Cookie Policy
Last updated October 4, 2026
Current status: Signage X does not set advertising, analytics, social-media, or preference cookies. Therefore, the current site does not display a cookie-consent banner.
Essential browser storage
The CMS stores sx_token, and the optional license account portal stores sgx_session, in the browser’s local storage after a successful sign-in. The internal vendor console may store sgx_vendor for the current browser session. These values are authentication credentials used only to keep the requested signed-in service working. They expire, are removed at sign-out where offered, or clear when the browser session closes. They are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Why consent is not requested
Consent rules generally distinguish storage that is strictly necessary to deliver a service requested by the user from non-essential analytics or marketing storage. The authentication token is essential to the signed-in CMS. We disclose it here even though prior consent is not requested.
Server logs
Web servers may record limited request information such as IP address, time, browser type, response status, and requested path for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. These records are not browser cookies and are not used for advertising profiles.
If our practices change
We will update this policy and implement an appropriate consent choice before enabling any non-essential cookie, tracking pixel, device fingerprint, or similar technology where consent is required.
